Quinn Beasley

Quinn Beasley is the Founder and Executive Director of New Legacy Living, Inc. She launched the organization with a vision of creating more than shelter for teen mothers and their children, but a foundation for healing, stability, and long-term success.

Her mission is rooted in the belief that every young mother deserves the opportunity to build a safe, healthy, and thriving future for herself and her child. Through New Legacy Living, Quinn is working to help families move from crisis to confidence while building a legacy of strength, resilience, and purpose.

David Dixon serves as Board Chair and President of New Legacy Living. A public servant and strategic leader, he brings experience in strategy, performance management, operations, leadership development, and community engagement.

He is committed to building strong community connections, empowering others through service, and helping shape a lasting legacy of impact and leadership for the organization.

Dionna Shealey

Dionna Shealey brings a background in information technology, mentorship, and community leadership to her work with New Legacy Living. Her professional experience is rooted in problem-solving, innovation, and helping others grow personally and professionally.

She is passionate about creating opportunities for young mothers to build stable futures, strengthen confidence, and move toward long-term self-sufficiency.

Dominika serves as Secretary of New Legacy Living and brings a strong passion for education, family, and community impact. With a background as an educator and a lifelong dedication to working with children, she supports initiatives focused on empowering families and creating lasting change.

Community Outreach Chair

Jamyla Byrd

Jamyla Byrd serves as Community Outreach Chair and brings lived experience, compassion, and leadership to the organization's work. Drawing from her own journey as a teen mother, she is passionate about supporting underserved women and helping families navigate difficult life transitions.

Her outreach work focuses on building community partnerships, connecting families with resources, and helping create pathways toward long-term independence and self-sufficiency.
